ALL GREAT EVENTS STARTS HERE

1. All clients must submit an inquiry through our website or inquiry page

2. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry

3. We do not quote through Instagram or Facebook

4. All events within 14 days are considered short term events, and are subject to a 20% rush fee and will require full payment

5. All events 30 days out will require a 50% non refundable retainer fee. All events over 30 days or more will require a 25% non refundable retainer fee

6. Dates are not held until a retainer fee is made.

NOW THE FUN STUFF

7. Payments are due 7 days out from the invoice date unless, the event is less than 14 days out
8. All events require a signed contract between OED team and client
9. A client may be held liable for any damages to equipment and materials used in an event install
10. We do travel within the borders of Las Vegas up to 50 miles. Traveling outside of Nevada will include lodging, accommodations and mileage.
